Villa Mirador

A four-bedroom villa on the corridor, staffed, with the two things that actually matter: shade and a swimmable beach.

Why we recommend them

Demo listing. This property is fictional and exists to demonstrate the listing template with a full set of fields.

Most villa listings sell the view. The view is the easy part on this coast — nearly every property above the highway has one.

What separates a villa that works from one that photographs well is shade at four in the afternoon, a kitchen a chef can actually cook in, and whether you can get in the water at the bottom of the steps. Villa Mirador has all three, which is why we list it under Stay rather than under scenery.

Worth knowing: the corridor is a driving location. Dinner in San José is twenty minutes east, Cabo San Lucas twenty-five minutes west, and neither is walkable.

What they offer

  • Four bedrooms, sleeps eight
  • Full-time housekeeper and on-call concierge
  • Heated pool and shaded outdoor dining
  • Private path to a swimmable beach
  • Optional in-villa chef service
